Ship Hydrogen Like Any Other Container
Hydrexia's MHx Solid State Hydrogen Storage offers a safer, simpler way to move and store hydrogen at scale. Built into a standard 20-foot ISO container, the system holds 1,000 kg of hydrogen using metal hydride technology, allowing it to be handled and transported just like any other shipping container — no specialized infrastructure required.

When Amino Chem (Annuo) needed industrial-scale hydrogen to feed five separate downstream processes — dye intermediates, steel blanketing, and three chemical production lines — they needed one plant that could match a wide range of demand at 99.999% purity, every hour of every day. Hydrexia designed and delivered a complete SMR-PSA plant that has been running on spec since 2021.
Tanker-Ready CO2 from Raw Field Gas
A naturally CO2-rich oil field had a problem most operators would call an opportunity in disguise — volcanic CO2 degassing alongside the hydrocarbons. Hydrexia delivered a fully integrated, automated, and relocatable system that captures the raw field gas, separates and dries the CO2, liquefies it, stores it, and loads it onto tankers for Enhanced Oil Recovery. The plant has been running since 2022 with no unplanned outages.
Chlor-Alkali Waste to Pure H2
Chongqing Wintinwe Chlor-Alkali was venting a hydrogen-rich waste stream while its own campus consumed hydrogen for steel blanketing, chemical processing, and merchant tube-trailer filling. Hydrexia delivered an integrated, automated PSA-and-TSA purification system that turns 30 million Nm³ of waste gas per year into 8,000 kg/day of 99.999% hydrogen — all feeding the same campus that produced it. The plant has been running since 2017 with no failures in nine years.
